Due to the current COVID-19 situation and our limited office hours we're offering curbside pickup for ice cream purchases. Call (248) 853-5070 or use our Contact form to place an order and schedule a pickup. Please have either credit card or exact change ready when you pick up your order. Note that orders for Special Event services can still be placed as usual.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept American Express with a 3% service charge — $20 minimum order required for all credit card transactions. Checks are accepted only for special event customers.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking one month in advance for events held in June and two weeks in advance for all other months. We can often fulfill last-minute requests, however, additional fees and/or conditions may apply.

Can I choose the ice cream that goes in the cart?

Yes, you can choose from over 40 products with any ice cream cart rental. Most items come in 12 or 24-count boxes.

Do your carts come with umbrellas and/or menu boards?

Delivered ice cream carts come standard with an umbrella and picture menu (menu only available on orders of 6 or fewer ice cream varieties). Umbrellas are available with customer pickup carts for a fee.

How does the ice cream stay cold in the cart?

Most of our carts are electric. Our delivered carts have cold plate refrigeration which allows them to remain cold for 8-10 hours after being unplugged. All of our electric carts plug into a standard 3-prong outlet. We sometimes use dry ice carts if the situation requires and there is usually no extra charge for dry ice.

If it rains can I cancel or reschedule my event?

Yes, however, you must call before your order goes out for delivery, otherwise we cannot make any adjustments to your order. You may move your order date to an alternate "rain date" for no fee or cancel your order for a predetermined fee.

When will you deliver my cart?

We normally deliver about 1-2 hours before the actual event starts so that you have the maximum amount of time with the cart without needing to plug it in. During busy periods we may require earlier delivery. We deliver and pickup between the hours of 9:30am and 5:30pm.

Can I rent a cart without ice cream?

Sorry no, however you can get just the minimum ice cream order requirement with your cart rental: $135.00 for delivered carts and $120.00 for customer pickup carts.

Can I return any unused ice cream?

COVID-19 UPDATE: For the health and safety of our customers and employees, we will not be accepting any product returns until further notice. Our standard return policies are stated below only for reference and will resume once this COVID-19 notice is removed.

Customer Pickup Ice Cream Carts - We do not accept returns on ice cream. Delivered Ice Cream Carts - We do accept returns of undamaged, unopened boxes of ice cream. Due to the perishable nature of the products, a 35% restocking fee will be applied. Returns may also affect your product and equipment discounts resulting in changes to these discounts on your final invoice.
