We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express — $20 minimum order required for all credit card transactions. Checks are accepted only for special event customers.
We recommend booking one month in advance for events held in June and two weeks in advance for all other months. We can often fulfill last-minute requests, however, additional fees and/or conditions may apply.
Yes, however, you must call before your order goes out for delivery, otherwise we cannot make any adjustments to your order. You may move your order date to an alternate "rain date" for no fee or cancel your order for a predetermined fee.
You pay only for the products consumed and there are typically no service or equipment charges, however, a minimum sales requirement must be met.
Full-service ice cream trucks typically use fixed menus based on our 35+ years of ice cream vending experience. This allows us to charge you only for the individual treats consumed. You can specify a price range and dietary restrictions for the items. Most items come in 12 or 24-count boxes.
