Due to the current COVID-19 situation and our limited office hours we're offering curbside pickup for ice cream purchases. Call (248) 853-5070 or use our Contact form to place an order and schedule a pickup. Please have either credit card or exact change ready when you pick up your order. Note that orders for Special Event services can still be placed as usual.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept American Express with a 3% service charge — $20 minimum order required for all credit card transactions. Checks are accepted only for special event customers.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking one month in advance for events held in June and two weeks in advance for all other months. We can often fulfill last-minute requests, however, additional fees and/or conditions may apply.

If it rains can I cancel or reschedule my event?

Yes, however, you must call before your order goes out for delivery, otherwise we cannot make any adjustments to your order. You may move your order date to an alternate "rain date" for no fee or cancel your order for a predetermined fee.

Is there a service charge for the ice cream truck service?

You pay only for the products consumed and there are typically no service or equipment charges, however, a minimum sales requirement must be met.

Can I choose the ice cream offered on the truck?

Full-service ice cream trucks typically use fixed menus based on our 35+ years of ice cream vending experience. This allows us to charge you only for the individual treats consumed. You can specify a price range and dietary restrictions for the items offered. If you want a fully customized menu you may pre-purchase your ice cream (by the box) and we will serve until the product is gone. Most items come in 12 or 24-count boxes.
